Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Provision

At Endeavour Academy, we are proud to be an inclusive academy where children of all abilities, cultures, and backgrounds are valued equally and supported to thrive. Inclusion is central to our ethos, and we work hard to create an environment that welcomes every child and celebrates their efforts and achievements.

We are dedicated to raising aspirations and expectations for all pupils. Our focus is not only on providing support but on ensuring meaningful outcomes that help every child reach their full potential.

Our specialist resource provision supports pupils with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) who benefit from a tailored learning environment within a mainstream setting. We provide high-quality teaching and learning based on careful assessment of each pupil’s individual needs, within a nurturing space where every child is given the opportunity to succeed. Placement in the resource base is allocated by Tameside Local Authority SEND Team.

If you would like to discuss any aspect of our SEND provision, our SENCo, Ms Elizabeth Hill, will be happy to assist you. She can be contacted via telephone on 0161 368 3366.
